Camamu was started in 2000 by two friends. Sharing a passion for making things by hand and a desire to create products with a sensitivity to our environment we gradually crafted Camamu. Our business has slowly grown over the years - we now have a sunny retail/fabrication space where people can come to buy soap directly and see how soap is made - but what stays the same is our dedication to quality, our desire to offer an alternative to commercial production and our belief that small businesses that are a part of our local community are a key component to sustainability and a vibrant economy.
