No Refunds: We follow a 'No Refund' policy. However, we do offer exchanges or store credit for items that meet our return criteria.
Exchange/Store Credit Timeframe: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Approval from our team is required for all exchange or store credit requests.
Product Return for Exchange: To initiate an exchange, you need to return the product in its original condition. Please note that you will be responsible for covering all shipping costs.
Damaged During Shipping: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We require photographic evidence of the damaged product in its original packaging to process your claim. Once we verify the damage, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you without additional shipping cost.
Handcrafted Product Variations: Keep in mind that our soaps are handcrafted and may vary slightly in size, shape, color, and aroma. These variations are a natural characteristic of our artisanal process.
Final Sale Items: Items bought on sale are considered final and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
